I used the 14-Day GutSlim Gut-Reboot for the full course, mostly with regular home meals and walks around Durban. Bloating settled down by day 5 and my morning digestion felt more predictable. I didn’t change my diet much, so I’m crediting the capsules. Energy was steadier before lunch; no dramatic weight shift, but my jeans fit more comfortably. Taste/aftertaste was neutral and I didn’t get cramps. Would repurchase when I feel heavy again.

I see a huge difference in my discharge after the 7 days. There's currently mucus in it which I haven't had after giving birth 7 years ago. The color is changing back to normal and the order is no longer there. I just need to see if my symptoms will return after intermacey. And my PH was 7 before starting with the starter pack I'll check it again after 5 days to give a complete review.
